Applied Dynamics Initiative ("ADI", "we", "our") operates the ADI STEAM Fund platform at fund.adisteam.org. This policy describes what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account information: name and email address when you sign up as an admin or member.
• Contact information: names, phone numbers, and email addresses that members add to their personal address books for campaign outreach.
• Donation information: donor name, email, mailing address, and payment metadata processed through Stripe (we do not store credit card numbers).
• Usage information: standard web logs including IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps.

How we use information

• Operate the platform and process donations.
• Send campaign messages on behalf of members to contacts who have opted in.
• Issue tax receipts to donors.
• Communicate with admins and members about their accounts.
• Improve and secure the service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the platform: Supabase (database and authentication), Stripe (payments), SparkPost (email delivery), and Twilio (SMS delivery). Each is bound by their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at info@adisteam.org.
