Terms of Service

By using ADI STEAM Fund (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. Applied Dynamics Initiative ("ADI", "we", "our") provides the Service to facilitate fundraising for STEAM education programs.

Use of the Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or have parent/guardian consent. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes related to fundraising for ADI's programs. You agree not to upload contact information for people who have not consented to receive outreach from you.

Donations

Donations are processed through Stripe. All donations are non-refundable unless required by law. ADI is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit; donations may be tax-deductible. We will issue a tax receipt for each donation.

Member responsibilities

As a member, you are responsible for the content you upload (including contact information) and for obtaining appropriate consent from your contacts to receive outreach. ADI is not responsible for member-generated content.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms or applicable law.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ADI disclaims all liability for damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
